At SUNDEK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
